This is a
Cast Iron 8" Mini Wood Lathe Headstock with Pulleys and Drive Belt
.  This headstock is new but will come in generic packaging.  Here are the specifics:
8" Mini wood lathe headstock
Cast iron construction - nicely machined and finished
For mini lathe with 8" swing (4" from top of bed to center of spindle)
Spindle is externally threaded 1-8 and has a MT1 bore (#1 Morse taper)
Ball/thrust bearing construction
With drive and driven pulleys and a hex key
With 1/4" wide x 20" V-belt
With Push-out rod (to remove center from spindle & works as a spanner to hold spindle while replacing face plates & chucks - accessories not included)
With (3) socket head cap screws and lock washers for mounting
Base is 3-1/8" right to left x 3-7/8" front to back
The key is 31/32" wide to fit a lathe bed with a 1" wide slot
OA Dimensions: 6-1/8' right to left x 3-7/8" front to back x 6-1/8" tall
Max recommended speed is 3200 RPM
Aluminum drive pulley is 1-5/16" diameter with an 8mm (5/16" bore)
Driven pulley (inside headstock) is 2" diameter   Ratio is 1.52:1 speed reduction
This headstock was removed from a brand new 8" mini lathe that was disassembled for service parts
