The Traulsen G11011-032 one-section reach-in refrigerator has three shelves with an epoxy coating that makes them resistant to corrosion and a wire design that promotes even airflow throughout the cabinet. A Load-Sure Guard is integrated into the cabinet to keep product from getting too close to the wall. Glass in the door enables users to see product without having to open it, releasing cold air and potentially compromising product safety. This door self-closes to ensure the temperature remains consistent and stays open at 120 degrees for enhanced product stocking and interior cleaning.
